
Now I have the idea of my exhibition in Valand.
This theme is "copy".
We can see many sushi restaurants in Sweden,and also in Europe.
But I have not had sushi abroad yet. (that's expensive...)
And any of these sushi restaurants is much different from
the Japanese one.
So it's not a real. It's a "copy".
But it's a original,if there are many different points from a real.
For example, Japanese curry is original menu! It's not just a copy.
In other words repeating copy,copy,copy... is not just copy.
I'm interested in that process.

欧米の"SUSHI"はもはやファッションになっていて、
元来の日本の『寿司』ではないのです。
しかし改めて考えてみると、
その『寿司』も何かのコピーだったはず。
「よく知らない」からこそ変化を受容し、
それを当たり前に思うことができる。
Culture Gapもこうして生まれるのでしょうか。
すべては脈々と、都合に合わせて
コピーされ続けている。
